
G&T The perfect serve
- Place plenty of ice cubes & an orange twist garnish in a chilled large open glass, giving it a stir.
- Add 50ml of Arcturus Gin, then 100ml Cushiedoos tonic water.
- Then a further orange twist garnish, stirring well.
- Serve immediately. – (garnish will change seasonally)

The Wee Jam’In
- Half fill a shaker with ice and add the gin, sugar syrup and jam.
- Shake vigorously.
- Fill a martini glass with crushed ice.
- Pour the cocktail in the glass and top up with extra ice.
- Place the chosen garnish on top neatly.
- Serve with cocktail napkin and offer the possibility of two cocktail straws.

Arcturus Martini
- Add a dash of the Chartreuse to a chilled Martini glass, swirl to coat glass and discard.
- In a separate cocktail shaker, add ice and Arcturus Gin and Vermouth. Stir for 10 seconds.
- Strain and serve straight up. Garnish with lightly pickled samphire.

Northern Light
- Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the gin, sugar syrup and ginger beer/apple juice.
- Squeeze ½ lime into it and stir for 20 seconds.
- Fill a martini glass with crushed ice.
- Pour the cocktail into the glass, top it up with extra ice and add the garnish of choice.
- Add a dash of calvados to finish.
- Serve with cocktail napkin and offer the possibility of two cocktail straws.
